FAQ

  • Is this physical therapy?

    • No this is not Physical Therapy. The biggest difference between us and PT is that we are not limited to working on just the site of pain.

  • Do I need doctor clearance?

    • It’s always a good idea to get the approval of a doctor, however, it is not required to start.

  • Can you train me after knee/hip replacement?

    • Yes! Over 50% of our clients have had a joint replacement. It is important to know what you can and cannot do after a joint replacement.

  • What if I have balance issues or fear of falling?

    • That is why we exist. 1/5 of adults over the age of 65 will suffer a fall this year. 1/4 of those falls will cause serious injury or worse… death. We want to help prevent that.

  • How is this different than a gym?

    • We ONLY work with the 55+ population. We have clients in their 50s, as well as in their 90’s. Every program is personalized to each individual’s baseline.

  • How quickly can I start?

Our Process

    TOTAL BODY MOBILITY ASSESSMENT

    We test upper body and lower body mobility to fully understand your range of motion limitations and differences.

    Balance chain assessment

    We test the entire balance chain (Ankles, Knees, Hips and Core), on both the right side and the left side. This way we can determine if there is a “weak link” in the balance chain.

    Strength and Posture Analysis

    We test upper body and lower body strength as well as a comprehensive posture analysis. Our state of the art technology will determine the angle of your neck and let us know what needs to be fixed.

    Body Composition Analysis

    We use state of the art technology to determine how much muscle is in your right arm vs your left, and everything thing in between. This gives us an extremely accurate picture of what is going on inside your body.
